Lots of stuff changed.

ToDo:

  • Fix many more mixins
  • Rework render pipeline to use native API of minecraft for future compat

- Solved precision issues with ESP

Prefix command, `;prefix <something>`

People expect it and every other client has it :3
I don't want the KillAura to always switch to the axe if I have swap on,
so this fixes that.
It prefers the axe or the tool with the highest damage/hit if it is in
the "Hit Damage" mode if you like the old behavior.

Now it has transparency when using the block color mode. And custom
colors for portals and Ender Chests cuz they don't have good colors from
the map color map.
